Standard Designs

Standard designs can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items will be inspected upon return for any damages before return is processed. Please contact us to start a return or exchange prior to shipping your item.

Custom Designs

Returns and exchanges for items with custom aspects are not accepted due to their custom nature. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order if you have any concerns.

Where a proof of design is a part of the custom design process (indicated within the product description), returns can be accepted up until the proof has been approved. Proofs are sent out within 3 business days of your order.
